High School “Strike For Palestine” Next Wave In Winnipeg Antisemitism

– an MP shamed “pro-Hamas protestors in Edmonton who celebrated the slaughter of Israeli civilians and called for a new intifada” and mocks his critics;
– in Toronto crowds chanted in Arabic “smash the Zionists head” as Jews in that city hid their mezuzahs, saw their businesses targeted by mobs, and a school kid was told by a classmate ‘do not look at my eyes, You are a Jew and inferior to Muslims’.

– Retired lawyer Bill Narvey repeatedly challenged the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg to confront anti-Israel hate among faculty and student activists and published in college newspapers, noting “there have been more than several antisemitic confrontations against Jewish students.” Will the Federation do anything? Based on the incident with the U of Winnipeg Collegiate basketball team, hell no.
– We cite examples from 2 school divisions of Jewish parents complaining about offensive antisemitic conduct – including chants by students and comments by a teacher- and being ignored.
– There is a “High School Strike for Palestine” walkout on Monday being fronted by ‘Queers for Palestine’ and other groups under the guise of “anti-racism” to indoctrinate kids in “Anti-Zionism”.
We name the 4 schools initially recruited to demand “recognition of Israel as a settler colonial illegal occupation.” Are teachers involved? cause that’s what we heard.
– What will school officials, police, RCMP, and Justin Trudeau do if support is espoused for banned terror groups like PFLP, which was seen at the Sunday #CeasefireNow march? It was extolled online by a former city council candidate.
